Your privacy choices
APIP holds public-record and contact information about commercial property owners and licenses it to subscribing brokerages. Use this form to opt out of that, or to ask us to delete, correct or show you what we hold. You do not need an account.
Opting out
Some state privacy laws call licensing personal information to a client a sale. When you opt out, we suppress your personal information from what subscribing brokerages see.
What happens next
We acknowledge a request within 2 to 4 business days. We may email you to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Acting for someone else
An authorized agent can make a request for another person. We may ask for that person's signed permission before we act.
